How Can neck Pain Along With A Headache Be Treated?

Yes. Over the last week I have been having some neck pain not when I move it all the time but it is constantly there when I move it in a certain direction. Over the last few days I have been also having headache like discomfort behind my eyes. I do not have allergies or need glasses that I know of. Any ideas?
